The IRT Number 7 comes till Main Street, Flushing.  From Jackson Heights 74th street - Roosevelt Avenue station you can transfer from the E, F, G, R trains to the 7 train till Main Street. From the Queensborough Bridge station one can transfer from the N train to the 7 train coming to Main Street.
